My Dear San Diegans!
I got some news! Karen Van Ness and I decided to move from Coldwell Banker to Pacific Sotheby's and we are so happy with the decision. We get more international exposure that we need for our land development projects. Second, I feel very inspired after attending Tony Robbins Seminar that I wish every person could go there. The next one in March in Florida and I encourage you to come. I have never felt so refreshed, energetic and ready to go forward.
And Third, I would love to share with you The Crosby house that I saw today. The Crosby community stole my heart not only because my magical wedding was there but also because I love the golf views and I am starting my golf lessons soon! Yay! I have never tried golf but finally I got to the point where I am ready to explore this field! Te goal is to play at The Crosby in future among all of professionals!
The Crosby is one of the most beautiful communities in San Diego. Luxury landscaping, a lot of lakes, cute custom homes - all of it gives the feeling of HOME, very expensive HOME. The price of golf membership is $45,000 with $975 monthly dues. Social Package that includes only the usage of Club house is $8500 with $150 monthly dues.
The Crosby Clubhouse includes different dining rooms, bars, and lounges. There are different events for the members every holiday. For example, I had the opportunity to attend the Breakfast gathering @ Mother's Day this year. The Crosby personnel served variety of delicious food and the members have been socializing and mingling.

of strength-training and aerobic facilities. Member of the club have every day schedule of different training classes. It has been remodeled in Summer 2015.
