“Three Sisters” mansion in Mission Hills, San Diego is for sale for $2,900,000

Дизайн домов разрабатывал архитектор Walter S Keller, который также разработал дизайн зданий – Cabrillo Theater and Plaza Theater  в Сан-Диего.  Также в проекте принимал участие Albert Wesist, который собирался жить в среднем доме, а его дочь и сын в домах по краям соответсвенно.  Во времена Второй Мировой Войны, эти дома были предоставлены для жилья быстрорастущей армии. Позже дом отреставрировали,  а в 2006 году дом (3030 State Street) получил награду Soho Rennovation of the Year.  Полы сделаны  в 1915 году из дорого дерева , Mexican Colima Oak,  которое является редким для Сан-Диего. Ценители архитектуры высоко оценят европейские  Lincrusta moldings ,  которых всего  было вылеплено 10 моделей. Также дом может “похвастаться” африканскими шкафами из красного дерева, редкими светильниками, тройными стеклопакетами, гранитными поверхностями кухни, и установленной системой  Dynamic Cooking System.

My Dear San Diegans! 

I got some news! Karen Van Ness and I decided to move from Coldwell Banker to Pacific Sotheby's and we are so happy with the decision. We get more international exposure that we need for our land development projects. Second, I feel very inspired after attending Tony Robbins Seminar that I wish every person could go there. Дорогие Друзья!

Итак, вы наконец-то решили продать дом или квартиру!

Замечательно! Теперь, самое главное – это подготовить дом для выхода на рынок и правильно оценить стоимость! Что требуется для успешной продажи дома?

1. Освободить дом от “ лишних” вещей и от всего, что выглядит “старым”. Вы можете являться коллекционером дорогущих матрешек, но скорее всего покупатель, скажем, японец этого скорее всего не оценит этого на калифорнийском рынке недвижимости. Я советую убрать все то, что связано с культурой или вашей семьей. Рамочки с фотографиями, семейные реликвии, урны с прахом ( бывает и такое), коллекцию поросят из киндер сюрпризов и детские игрушки. Дом будет выглядеть просторнее и свежее, если в нем не будет мелочей и хлама.
