Сегодня очень хочется Вам рассказать о комьюнити, о котором знают не многие.
Cielo – холмистая
деревушка эксклюзивных особняков. Дома в
этом комьюнити расположены на самых высоких точках всего побережья в Сан-Диего,
что дает возможность наслажаться видами океана. Отсюда, из Ранчо Санта Фе, жильцы Cielo могут видеть даже Coronado Island! Вот так вот высоко забрались! Виды просто нереальные.......
У этого комьюнити
шикарный клаб хауз, бассейн олимпийского размера, 2 тениисных корта, фитнес
центр, стена альпиниста для детей,
баскебольная площадка, барбекю , и волейбльная песочная площадка. За все
это удовольствие владельцы платят в среднем $555/ месяц Home Owners Association фии. Так же имеются небольшие Mello Roos ( по сравнению с другими
закрытыми комьюнити такими как The Crosby and Santaluz - о них можно почитать ЗДЕСЬ ) фии которые состовляют $570/ year
Cielo состоит
из нескольких частей, включающие участки с большими по размеру домами и меньшими. Шикарные особняки раскинулись в
основном на склонах гор, эта часть Cielo называется “The Estates” Именно на этих
склонах гор на данный момент продается много участков земли, и активно идет строительство новых
особнячков. Так же идет активное
строительство домов в районе “ Montagna at Cielo”
32 дома ( из
которых 5 уже продано) находятся в самом разгаре строительства, об этом
комьюнити “ Estancia” я и Карен рассказываем в ЭТОМ видео.
Всего 6 вариаций планировки домов в испанском
и итальянсских стилях. Цены варьируются от $1,326,320 до $1,714,790 и соответственно размеры домов от
3,828 sq.ft. до 5,599 sq,ft. Меня поразило,
что в этих домах является стандартом строить винную комнату.
Так же продаются
новопостроенные дома в комьюнити Upper Cielo- The Ravello . Из 41 дома
больше половины уже продано,конец строительства остальных назначен на весну-лето 2016. Прекрасные у удобные планировки, с “ мужской
берлогой” вклучающей в себя бар и бильярдную комнату, обширными спальнями и большим
местом для развлечений и приемов гостей.

Для наглядного примера,
покажу вам одну из моих любимых планировок новых недавно построенных 41 домов. Это планировка
номер 4, размер дома приблизительно 4,500 sq. ft.
Для жителей этого
комьюнити ежегодно проводятся Egg Hunts на Пасху и различные тематические
вечера. У вьезда в это комьюнити
расположен небольшой, но очень красивый шоппинг центр в итальянском стиле.

My Dear Friends!
I really want to tell you about the hidden jewel of Rancho Santa Fe - Cielo. Cielo is very beautiful place of luxury estates on
rolling hills. Those homes are located on the highest points of San Diego
County that gives homeowner the ability to enjoy those unreal and magic views.
They can see even Coronado Island from here! That’s how high it is!
This community has magnificent club house, Olympic
size swimming pool, two tennis courts, fitness center, barbeque area, and volleyball
sand court. Home Association Fees are $555/ months and some homes have small
Mello Roos Fee that are $570/ year. ( They are very small compare to The Crosby
or Santaluz. You can read about Santaluz- HERE)
Cielo consists of different developments including
smaller and bigger homes. The custom made luxurious residences are called “The
Estates”, they have most magnificent
views and prime location.
There are two other developments that are in the
process of construction right now- “ Montagna at Cielo” and “ Estancia”. You
can see this video that Karen and I shoot about " Estancia" - HERE
32 homes (5 of them
already sold) are on the constriction stage; they have 6 different floor plans
in Italian and Spanish style. Prices are from $1,326,320 to $1,714,790 and the
size of the homes varies from 3,828 sq.ft. to 5,599 sq,ft. One unique feature that really impressed me is
standard (!) wine cellar! Wow!
Another development that is almost sold out is “Upper
Cielo- The Ravello” that includes 41 luxury homes. The end of the construction is scheduled for
Spring-Summer 2016. Those homes have men
caves, place for bars, huge entertainment areas, pools, Jacuzzi, chief’s
kitchens, and lots of outdoor space.
I felt in love with Plan 4 of Upper Cielo homes. You
can see sample of the floor plan and pictures of the house. The floor looks
unfinished because you can choose the material and color for the flooring,
kitchen cabinets, counter tops, etc. The houses are fully customizable.
There is yearly Eggs Hunt for Easter and different
social events that are held for owners of this community. Also, you can see
beautiful shopping center by the gates that was built specifically for Cielo
Owners.
